i've injured my hips hahaha....during e last training i guess,when our coaches asked us to do shuttle run,there's this touching e floor movement n turning back at e same time movement rit?tt's when i got my hips injured....ahahah.there's this cracking sound la....when ever i walk up e stairs or lift up my knee,i'll hear tt sound n i can actually feel e bones pertruding in n out....it real really obstructed my movement eversince....ahahah.walking like an ah ma lor....i actually even suspected tt my soft bones r wearing off la!ahahaha
but however,i went to see e doc today lor!!all e way to ubi juz to see this very famous doctor tt specialised in bones la..li wen, wee n i reached there like 940...n my queue no is 28,but guess wat?i waited till 3pm before its my turn lor....can you imagine how famous tt doc was?n i was only in e room for like 15 mins?huh???
he told me its e friction of my tendon n my softbones tt causes this...it'll heal naturally within 3 weeks if i totally rest this 3 weeks...means i CANT GO FOR TRAINING!!!!!!! he advised me not to do exercise or even strain my hips or i'll take at least 6 weeks to heal lor!!!sigh....
but i really think shuttle run is very bad la!!!esp if you do it wrongly like me...so all captains out there listen out!!!dun stress your teammates ok?ahhahaahaha...
well, tmr got my final IVP match n...n my dearest jessi is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!im so so so happy to see her lor!!!but sad to say,ethal is down coz she's sick,so she might not even play for tmr veri crucial match lor....
know even if we win tmr,we wun get into e next round anymore,but its a veri significant match for us its gonna boost our unity n morale if we win loa!!!gonna be our 1st VICTORY n tmr is floorball SIM blacks 1st anniversary la!!!happy burthday blacks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
